Recipe
Hot Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce
- Yield Servings 4
- Prep Prep Time 10 mins
- Total Total Time 10 mins
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- 1
Combine dry ingredients and mix together until smooth. I used a whisk so I could work out the tiny lumps in the cocoa powder. You could sift the cocoa power instead... but I prefer to just mix it. It comes out super smooth.

Heat over medium high heat while stirring. It's very important to keep an eye on this. When the mixture starts to boil, let it boil (while stirring!) for just two minutes, take off the heat, and then add the vanilla, butter and peanut butter. Pour into a glass jar or other container and store in the refrigerator.
