This creamy, dreamy no-churn strawberry ice cream is bursting with real berry flavor and comes together quickly with just four ingredients - no ice cream maker required.

This creamy, no-churn strawberry ice cream is the ultimate summer shortcut. It's sweet, refreshing, and easy enough to whip up anytime the craving strikes. No eggs, no stovetop, no custard - just real strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and a swirl of vanilla folded into whipped cream.
If you're looking for an easy frozen treat to keep on hand all season long, this one's a keeper. It's perfect for backyard BBQs, last-minute dessert cravings, or when you buy too many strawberries at the farmer's market (guilty).

Key Ingredients & Substitutions
- Strawberries (2 cups) - Fresh is best, but thawed frozen berries work too. Mash or puree to your ideal texture.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)- This is your sweetener and your base. No need to add sugar separately.
- Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) - Adds warmth and rounds out the flavor. Optional, but recommended.
- Heavy Whipping Cream (2 cups) - When whipped and folded in, it gives the ice cream its body and creaminess. Don't sub in half-and-half or milk-it won't hold up.
How to Make No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream
- Mash the strawberries Use a fork or potato masher to crush the strawberries to your desired consistency. For a smoother texture, pulse them briefly in a food processor.
- Mix the base In a large bowl, stir together the mashed strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the cream In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form-light and fluffy.
- Combine Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture. Use a spatula and work slowly to keep the mixture airy.
- Freeze Pour the mixture into a chilled loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Optional: Add-ins If adding chocolate chips or other extras, sprinkle them in about 2½ hours into the freeze.
- Set & serve Cover and freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight. Let sit at room temp for 5-10 minutes before scooping.

Fun Variations
- Chocolate Chip Strawberry - Add ½ cup mini chocolate chips.
- Strawberry Cheesecake - Swirl in crushed graham crackers and a few dollops of cream cheese before freezing.
- Berry Blend - Mix in raspberries or blueberries for a mixed fruit vibe.
- Boozy Berry - Stir in a tablespoon of Chambord or strawberry liqueur for a grown-up treat.

Recipe
No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream
- Yield Servings 8
- Prep Prep Time 25 mins
- Total Total Time 6 hrs 25 mins
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped, fresh
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- 1
Mash the strawberries with a fork or potato masher to your desired consistency-chunky or smooth, it's your call. For a finer texture, pulse them a few times in a food processor.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the mashed strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- 3
In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. You're looking for light and fluffy-not stiff.
- 4
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture. Take your time here-use a spatula and light strokes to keep the mixture airy.
- 5
Pour the ice cream into a chilled loaf pan or other freezer-safe container. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- 6
Cover the pan and freeze for at least 5 hours, or until the ice cream is fully set. Note: If you're adding extras (like mini chocolate chips or crushed cookies), sprinkle them in about halfway through the freezing time-around 2½ hours in.
