  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon mint extract, to taste
  • Green food coloring, gel works best, add a drop at a time until you reach the desired color
  • ¾ cup mint chips
